USER DATA DELETION

1. Purpose of this page

This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data processed by Convertr in connection with the use of its services or certain Meta / Facebook integrations.

It is also intended to serve as a data deletion instructions page for the Meta Convertr application.

2. Who can use this page

This page primarily concerns:

• users or administrators of a Convertr account;
• individuals who have authorized a Meta / Facebook integration linked to Convertr;
• individuals wishing to request the deletion of data directly processed by Convertr as part of this integration.

If you have transmitted your information to a Convertr client company via a Meta Lead Ads form or as part of a campaign run by that client, that company generally remains your primary point of contact for exercising your rights, with Convertr acting then as a data processor.

3. Data concerned

Depending on your situation, the deletion request may cover in particular:

• identifiers linked to your Convertr account;
• configuration or connection data linked to a Meta / Facebook integration;
• access tokens or technical identifiers associated with this integration;
• logs, metadata, or synchronization information directly linked to the use of the service;
• and, when applicable, certain data resulting from the functionalities actually activated.

Deletion only applies to data that Convertr actually processes and which it is authorized to delete.

4. How to request deletion

To request the deletion of your data, you can write to:

Please indicate, as far as possible:

• your name;
• the relevant email address;
• the identifier or details allowing us to find the account or integration concerned;
• and the subject of your request.

5. Via Meta / Facebook

You can also remove the application or integration concerned from your Meta / Facebook settings.

The removal of the application or integration does not necessarily, on its own, entail the immediate deletion of all data potentially retained by Convertr; if you wish for deletion, it is recommended to also send a request to the address indicated above.

6. Processing the request

Convertr processes deletion requests without undue delay and within applicable timeframes.

Convertr may request reasonable additional information necessary to verify the identity of the requester or locate the data concerned.

7. Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained when its conservation remains necessary:

• for compliance with a legal obligation;
• for security, abuse prevention, or technical traceability;
• for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
• or for the management of requests already made, particularly regarding opposition or unsubscription.

In this case, the data concerned is retained solely for the corresponding purpose and for the necessary duration.
